Number One Contractors LLC (“Number One Contractors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a marketing agency that provides advertising management, lead generation, and performance reporting services to contractor businesses (“Clients”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website (https://numberonecontractors.com/), our dashboard, and our services, and how we use, share, and protect it.
## 1. Information We Collect
**Information Clients provide.** Business and contact details, billing information, and the authorizations and account identifiers needed to manage advertising on a Client’s behalf.
**Advertising-platform data (via APIs).** With a Client’s authorization, we access advertising data for accounts they own or control through third-party APIs — including the **Google Ads API**, Meta Marketing API, Microsoft Advertising API, and Google Local Services Ads. This includes campaign settings, ad performance metrics, spend, and conversion data. We access this data solely to provide the services the Client has engaged us for.
**Lead and website data.** Through tools we deploy for Clients (such as embedded estimate forms and site tracking), we process end-customer contact details, project information, and standard web analytics on the Client’s behalf.
**Information collected automatically.** When you visit our website we collect standard log and device data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) and use cookies for analytics and functionality.
## 2. How We Use Information
– To deliver, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns for our Clients;
– To produce performance and ROI reporting;
– To operate, secure, and improve our website, dashboard, and services; and
– To communicate with Clients and comply with legal obligations.

We share information with:
– **Service providers** that power our operations — cloud hosting and database storage (Supabase), customer-relationship/lead management (GoHighLevel), and communications providers;
– **Advertising platforms** (Google, Meta, Microsoft) in order to manage campaigns and retrieve performance data, subject to each platform’s terms; and
– **Legal recipients** where required by law or to protect our rights or users.
We do not sell personal information.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the [Google API Services User Data Policy](https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including its Limited Use requirements. We access Google Ads data only to provide services to the account owner who authorized that access, and we do not use it for any other purpose.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and contractual obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
